One late night while searching the internet I saw the perfect condo in downtown Toronto for me. Please note this was around midnight on a week day. I emailed the ad and within a half an hour Eddie got back to me. I swear he works 24/7. He showed me around and you could tell he was very concerned about my welfare as he went through every nook and cranny and tested every electronic to make sure it was in perfect order.
